1. Who we are and acceptance

This website is for CityMock, a game by GROCHA Tech Games, operated by G DA SILVA C ROCHA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE & TECNOLOGIA, CNPJ 38.323.551/0001-69. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. What the website is

The website presents CityMock, which is in production. The texts, images and features described are project goals and may change, be postponed or be cancelled without notice. Release dates and prices have not been set and are not promised here.

3. The waitlist

Joining the list is free and voluntary, and requires a valid email of yours and your consent. It is not a purchase, a reservation or a promise of access. We use the email only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can leave at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The CityMock name, the GROCHA Tech brand, and the texts, images, music and code of the website and the game belong to GROCHA Tech or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian law and international treaties. You may share the website address and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy, sell or use the content as if it were yours.

5. Proper use

You agree not to:

• try to break into, overload or test the security of the website or services connected to it;
• send other people’s data without permission, or fake emails, to the waitlist;
• use the website for illegal purposes or to harm others.

6. Limits of liability

The website is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website. This does not limit rights that consumer law gives you.

7. Third-party links

The website may point to app store pages and other services. They have their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of Santa Bárbara d'Oeste – SP are chosen, unless consumer law gives you the courts of your home. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
