1. Who is responsible

2. What this policy covers today

CityMock is in production and has not been released yet. This version covers the website and the waitlist and describes the game’s privacy commitments. Before release this policy will be updated with the final details, and we will announce it on the website.

3. What data we process and why

We process only what is necessary:

• Waitlist email: to tell you about CityMock news and the launch. Legal basis: consent, which you give by ticking the form box and can withdraw at any time.
• Technical server logs from the host of the website (IP address, date and time, page requested): security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.
• Messages you send us by email: to answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject’s request and legitimate interest.

4. What we do not collect

The website uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not sell personal data. In the game, the commitment is to show no ads, not to track you across apps, not to ask for device location, camera, microphone or contacts, and not to collect health or financial data (payment will be handled by Apple, Google or each platform’s store).

5. The game: offline first, online optional

CityMock is designed to run entirely on your device, with no account. Your save stays on the device. If you turn on cloud sync or online features, an account identifier will be used to store and return your save across devices; that data will be described in detail here before the feature exists.

6. Who we share data with

With the providers that run the website and send emails on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose, and when the law or a court order requires it. If any of these providers is outside Brazil, the transfer will follow the LGPD (art. 33).

7. How long we keep data

The waitlist email is kept until you withdraw consent or the list is closed, whichever comes first. Technical server logs are kept for the period required by law (six months, Brazil’s Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15) or the shortest period the host allows.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information on sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to the email in section 1; we reply within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Children and teenagers

The waitlist is for people over 18 or with a guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are responsible for a minor and want an email they sent deleted, write to the channel in section 1.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in a relevant way we publish the new version on this page, with the date at the top, and if your email gets a new use we ask for your consent again.
